NEDT at Work in Sutton
Our Sutton location isn’t only a NEDT Household Hazardous Products Collection Center but also home to all of our commercial services! It has all the same residential services you’d see somewhere like our Westfield Collection Center, but with even more collection and disposal tools for all the types of hazardous waste we accept. Beyond seeing staff help unload your car and process your hazardous waste, you’ll see other NEDT personnel and vehicles handling larger commercial projects in other parts of the facility.
History: Built from the Ground Up for Hazardous Waste
Our Sutton location is the heart of our services, built back in 2007 for our rapidly growing commercial business, especially our massive truck fleet of service, transportation, and clean-up vehicles. The property is 5.62 acres, including our 16,957 square foot headquarters (2,950 SF devoted to office space, the rest being garages, storage, and other working spaces), with the rest dedicated to vehicle parking and landscaping. Truck turnarounds, parking and garages, and trailer storage mean you’ll get a glimpse of many of our B2C services at this location! Learn a bit more about NEDT’s history here.

Unsafe Hazardous Waste: When You Need to Call in Specialists
At NEDT, we’re proud to accept most kinds of residential hazardous waste at our collection centers. But that doesn’t mean we accept them all. Certain types of unsafe hazardous waste shouldn’t be transported to us and we can’t accept them. For some of these, we can point you to other facilities and programs that can help; for others, you’re going to need to call in specialists that can deal with these hazardous products in place—for your own safety.
